You retain ownership of recipes, photos, reviews, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Thamizh Suvai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it on and in connection with the Service, including for promotional purposes. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove or moderate User Content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, or that we reasonably believe is harmful, without prior notice.
3. AI-generated and AI-assisted content
Some recipes, descriptions, and assistant responses on the Service may be generated or assisted by AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated content is provided for informational and inspirational purposes. We take reasonable steps to review AI-assisted recipe content, but you should use your own judgement — particularly around ingredient substitutions, allergens, and cooking safety — before relying on it.
4. Health, nutrition, and traditional medicine information
Content describing health benefits, nutrition, or traditional Siddha medicine practices is provided for general informational and cultural-education purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician or healthcare provider. Always consult a medical professional before making dietary changes for a health condition, and before relying on any traditional remedy referenced on the Service.
5. Creator marketplace
Creators may open a store, list products, and sell to other users through the Service. By becoming a creator, you additionally agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and for fulfilling orders you accept.
- Thamizh Suvai may deduct an agreed platform fee or commission from your earnings before payout, as disclosed to you in your creator dashboard.
- Earnings are tracked in your Earnings Ledger and paid out on the schedule and to the payout method you provide; you are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.
- We may suspend a creator store or listing that we reasonably believe involves fraud, counterfeit goods, or a violation of these Terms.
Thamizh Suvai acts as a marketplace facilitator between creators and buyers and is not a party to the underlying sale contract between them, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Affiliate links
Thamizh Suvai participates in the Amazon Associates Program and other affiliate programs. Some product links on the Service are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through them, at no additional cost to you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to manipulate the Creator Score system, reviews, ratings, or analytics through fraudulent or automated means.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unauthorised advertising.
8. Advertising
The Service displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements are placed at our discretion; Thamizh Suvai does not control the content of individual ads served by third-party ad networks.
9. Intellectual property
The Thamizh Suvai name, logo, design, and original editorial content are owned by Thamizh Suvai and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not use our branding without written permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thamizh Suvai and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any outcome of following a recipe, health claim, or third-party product purchased through the Service.
12. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
